• "My Old World Kitchen" is truly a beautiful love story about Marc's passion and love of food. I discovered when reading Marc's book, there is someone like me that truly loves food and loves to create dishes like I do, using fresh ingredients , cooking for friends, family, trying new recipes... also discovered there is more than one Freestyle Freddy. I am famous for a pinch of that and a pinch of this and how about more of that? I just never knew the name of what it was I did. I cannot wait for Marc's next cook book. I already have one of his recipes from the cookbook picked out to try. "Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi" From one Italian to another "I don't need a recipe...I'm Italian!"
