• This is another fast read in the Hillstone Ranch series. This book centers around Alex and Scarlett. Both of them return to Hillstone, after both are betrayed. Alex returns to Elmwood Ranch that his father owns. Scarlett returns for a job. What we didn’t know is that they have a history. Will they reconnect or will they keep everything in the friend zone? Grab your copy and get ready to root for these two broken people.

• Last Chance With Her Cowboy Billionaire Boss is a short, emotional romance. I like the characters immediately. The plot kept me reading past my bedtime! I recommend this book.
• A really lovely book with allot of emotion both characters in this book need each other but their both dealing with bad breakups and the added worry of and illness. Alexander is asked to come home by his father who is having a hard time with the ranch after his wife's death. Scarlett Harris has been dumped lost her job and found out she is i'll now there both home in Texas Alexander may be her new boss but Scarlett remembers how she used to be in love with him and Alex cant stop thinking about her there both going to have and trust there feelings to have there happily ever after.

• This was a short enjoyable story . Scarlett and Alex were very likable characters.This was a very emotional story with a ending that was perfect.
• This was a great read. Cancer is should a terrible disease. I have lost a lot of friends to this horrible disease.
• Very well written and full of surprises. Very unexpected climax. Would be very interested in reading more from this author
• Scarlett Harris discovers she has a rare illness. But treatments cost a lot of money, which she doesn't have. Soon after, her boyfriend dumps her and she looses her job. So Scarlett returns home to Hillstone, where she manages to get a job at Hillstone Ranch. Billionaire Alexander Kennedy returns home to Hillstone Ranch when his widowed father begs him to return home to help out at the ranch. His mother had passed away a number of years ago, leaving her her husband clueless on how to survive without her by his side. Soon after returning to the ranch, Alexander runs into his old best friend Scarlett. Alexander had broke her heart years ago. Alexander's attraction to his best friend is strong. But he's not ready for love. Or is he? Will these two friends discover an everlasting love? Will Scarlett finally be able to get the much needed treatment she needs? This is a good clean romance, which I enjoyed. Even though I was given a copy of this book, it in no way influenced my opinion of this book.
